American INDOTECH's mission is to create Better Buildings and Better Living for the people of India and the world. We believe everyone is entitled to buildings that are healthy and affordable. We believe that our precious earth deserves to be treated with respect. Our goal is to create buildings that sustain human life and restore natural systems.

Company Overview

ECOTECH INTERNATIONAL (ETI) was founded in 2007 to bring comprehensive, integrated green building design and 'Cleantech' technology solutions to China, India and the U.S.

AMERICAN INDOTECH (AIT) is a subsidiary of ETI and was created by ETI Founder and Chairman, Rob Watson, to establish a dedicated presence in India.

AIT develops and implements strategies, programs and projects in green buildings, smart growth and sustainable development for governments and their agencies, as well as for private developers and commercial firms in the buildings and development sector.

AIT has developed a unique, integrated market transformation approach to urbanization and building development, providing high-performance, economical green strategies and solutions to regions, cities, neighborhoods, buildings and companies.

AIT's approach strives for maximum benefit for minimum cost, and uses the most sophisticated approaches to support our clients' green development goals.

AIT forms Creative Partnerships with:

  • National, Provincial and Local Governments and Government Agencies:
    AIT works with government agencies developing laws, regulations and policies, and complimenting regulatory approaches with market-based standards and incentive programs.

  • Private Developers and Corporations:
    For private developers and corporations, AIT provides strategic positioning, marketing, and branding services, complemented by technical services for projects ranging from individual buildings to new town developments.
